Local food products and international dishes:
a good start to every palate’s day
We will serve our buffet breakfast, with its different options for everyone’s palate and needs, in the breakfast room, which is set in an old cistern for collecting water. We prepare home-made desserts and dishes using only local and fresh food products.
You can order à la carte choosing among a selection of fresh prepared food and then decide to start your day having a continental breakfast or travelling through the traditional Sicilian flavours.
