GETTING HERE BY CAR & PARKING

Small pets are welcome throughout the hotel except the restaurant room. Charge of 5 euros per night.

OCHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in time from 2pm

Check-out
The check out time is at 11 am. If you are planning to leave before the Reception opening times, please take the time to settle your bill the day before departure. Please inform the Reception of any late or early check-outs, our staff will do its best to meet your needs. Late check-out can be arranged depending on availability and a supplement of € 30,00 is applied.

For your peace of mind and in order to let you enjoy your stay up to the very last minute, the Itria Palace Hotel offers you the possibility to leave your suitcases in our luggage deposit until the departure time.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is included in the room rate.
In the morning you can enjoy our delicious Breakfast Buffet, prepared with a special care to genuine and local products. Breakfast is served everyday from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments with cards on all the main international circuits, including Visa, MasterCard, Bancomat, Maestro, JBC. No Amex.

PETS

Pets are permitted in every area of the hotel, with the exception of the hotel restaurant. We will ask you to pay a one-time sanitation fee (€40).

INTERNET Wi-Fi

A free internet access is available for our clients in all the hotel rooms and common areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy depends on your chosen offer/rate. While booking you have the possibility to choose the more suitable cancellation option. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
